Here is our Menu Plan for this week. We are part of Annie's Organic Buying Club. I do biweekly pickups and this is our week. I am really looking forward to our yummy produce!!! Here is what I have planned. It's not overly creative, but I hope it will be a yummy week.
Just as a reminded we are a Kosher home, and while my husband and daughter eat meat I don't. So there is always a vegetarian alternative.

ReplyDeleteI was going to make risotto this week as well, only to find out today that I am somehow out of arborio... And no trip to the store until Wednesday when the 20%-off coupon for my food coop is valid.
I love sweet potato fries so much. They're our ultimate crowd-pleaser food. When we have parties or visitors or guest, we always whip up sweet potato fries and vegan aioli and the crowd goes wild!
The citrus tilapia looks yummy. Tilapia is one of my favorite fish to cook because it is so versatile. Do you eat fish? I am mostly vegetarian, but I do eat fish. It's nice to find other veg menu plans!
